Shipping Rates

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Our shipping rates are:

• Regular Freight: $14.95 Australia-wide

• Express Post: $19.95 Australia-wide

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy sale periods, product launches, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

• Regular Freight: Delivery times vary depending on your location.

• Express Post: Faster delivery to eligible Australia Post Express Post network areas.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and may vary due to weather, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, Cutout Collective P/L cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Cutout Collective P/L is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and help resolve it.
